A one pound loss a week, for someone dealing with MS and fatigue!! HELLO!! That is AMAZING! And I am not just saying that to make you feel good, I am honest to Gawd agreeing that you really are doing amazing! Also Renea, think back to last year, you may be having a day right now, but last yearm we were having weeks, and months!! We weren't even thinking about calories and what kind of workouts to do. Like you advised me, and I started doing, floor workouts! leg lifts, arms crunches, crunches in general. Girly push ups. Try something new that isnt too hard on you, and build up. Hopefully the new sleep schedule will maybe help with the fatigue some?
