1tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Oats (Old Fashioned)
2Tbs Brown Sugar
2-3Tbs Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1Tbs Apple Pie Spice
3Tbs Apple Sauce (Sugar Free)
Pam Cooking Spray
1/2 Cup Dreyers Slow Churned (no Sugar Added)
Ice Cream ( Not counted in Calories )
Pre-Heat Oven to 350
Slice and core the apples.
If the apples are going to sit for a bit you may want to add the lemon juice to keep them from browning.
In a separate bowl. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Spray a medium size ramekin with pam butter spray. Add the apples. Divide the oat mixture in half and top the apples. Then spray the tops with a bit more pam spray. Place the ramekins on a sheet pan.
Bake in the oven for 30 Min.
Oven times vary.
So cook till the oats start to brown slightly and the apples are tender but not soggy.
Cool for about 10 minutes or till ramekins are cool to the touch. Top with ice cream if desired.
