I woke up feeling better with a better outlook!
Sometimes that is all I need. Just a few hours of good sleep.
I managed to sleep really good for 5 hours. My burning has tapered off a lot and my headache is gone.
I feel a bit bloated from what I ate this morning...BLAH
When I said FAST..I more or less meant lots of water and lots of fruit and veggies..More or less..Eating on the light side..I guess I should have explained that better or not even said the word FAST..My doc actually said fasting can be good for you every now and then. But it may not be for everyone. I have NEVER done it.Not sure I ever will.
It's amazing to me how 5 hours can change my outlook on things..
I was pretty down in the dumps earlier.
But this is my Journal which just happens to be open to the public. So some may not like it that I am not perfect and give in and eat sometimes. Thank god it does not happen often.
I am actually quite surprised that I am on week 18 now and I have had very few days that I have wanted to sit and eat. Most days have been around TOM..Those have been sweet cravings.
I have found that giving into those cravings is better then trying not to. I tend to eat everything else instead of just having that one sweet thing that I really wanted. Then I end up having more calories then I actually needed to have. So now I just eat that something sweet and get it out of the way. I am going to be going through this month after month. I need to figure out the best way to deal with it. For me having that piece of chocolate or whatever it is. That is what works for me.
