Just so everyone knows...
I am not lowering my calories..I am already eating at 1200 calories a day.
I am only going to be uping my calories for a few days a month so my body does not get use to this 1200 calorie a day diet.
This is something I did discuss with my doctor. I had actually heard of doing this before talking to him but then he brought it up and YES he is well aware of the 1200 calories that I do eat. It seems to be what works for me. If I eat any more then that I feel like I am pigging out!! But I don't want to be plateauing again. So I am gonna give this a try and see if it ups my weight loss..
I don't care so much that I have HUGE losses!! Just that I do have them. To keep having them I am going to give this a go.
I am also doing it for other reasons..TO KEEP IT INTERESTING!!!!

I just re-read your post and it makes sense now! :) That sounds like a good idea- anything to boost your metabolism a bit!
